A score of 1 means that you have full control over your career and you can decide exactly how your future looks like in your current company , a score of 10 means that your career is completely in the hands of your boss and company with no way you can influence it

HOW DO YOU REACT WHEN PEOPLE ASK ABOUT YOUR JOB?

A score of 1 means that when people ask about your job you reply with the most excited and happy attitude, a score of 10 means if you have no interest at all in talking about your job

DO YOU ENJOY WHAT YOU DO?

A score of 1 means that you love what you do at work, a score of 10 means that every morning you detest waking up to start working

DO YOU FEEL VALUED?

A score of 1 means that you totally feel that your company needs and values your work, a score of 10 means that your company doesn’t really care if your work is done by you or someone else

DO YOU WANT YOUR BOSS' JOB?

A score of 1 means that your manager is exactly what you want to become in the future, a score of 10 means that you have no interest in having the same role and responsibilities of your boss

WHAT IS YOUR CV TELLING YOU?

A score of 1 means that you are continuously progressing in your career with multiple promotions, a score of 10 means that you have one company and one role in your cv (and more than 4 years of experience)

HOW ABOUT MONEY?

A score of 1 means that you won’t find a company paying more for your current role, a score of 10 means that you are explicitly underpaid
